# Prize tiers

**Understand how prizes work and what you can win with different number combinations.**

## How Prize Tiers Work

B-Lucky uses a **multi-tier prize system** where different combinations of matching numbers win different prize amounts.

### The Concept

Think of prize tiers as different levels of winning:

💎 Tier 2              → Match many numbers
💰 Tier 3              → Match some numbers
🎯 Tier 4              → Match a few numbers
... and so on
```

Each tier has:

* **Match requirements** - How many numbers you need to match
* **Prize allocation** - What percentage of the prize pool it gets
* **Winner sharing** - Prizes split among all winners in that tier

## Match Requirements

To win a prize, you need to match the winning numbers. But **which numbers** and **how many** matter!

### Understanding Matches

**Main Number Matches:**

* The winning main numbers drawn
* Your main numbers that match them
* Example: 3 out of 5 main numbers match

**Bonus Number Matches:**

* The winning bonus numbers drawn
* Your bonus numbers that match them
* Example: 1 out of 1 bonus numbers match

**Combined Matching:** Your prize tier is determined by your **combination** of main + bonus matches.

### Example Match Scenarios

**Scenario:** Game requires 5 main numbers + 1 bonus numbers

**Winning Numbers:**

* Main: \[7, 14, 23, 35, 42]
* Bonus: \[5]

**Your Ticket:**

* Main: \[7, 14, 23, 35, 48]
* Bonus: \[5]

**Matches:**

* Main: 4 matches (7, 14, 23, 35) ✓
* Bonus: 1 match (5) ✓
* **Result:** 4+1 tier (4 main + 1 bonus)

## Prize Tier Structure

Different rounds may have different tier structures, but here's a typical example:

### How Prize Share Works

Each tier gets a fixed percentage of the total prize pool:

**Example with 100 BNB Prize Pool:**

* Tier 1 (Jackpot): 57,00 BNB available
* Tier 2: 5,70 BNB available
* Tier 3: 2,85 BNB available
* And so on...

**If multiple winners:** The tier's prize is **split equally** among all winners.

## Partial Wins (Lower Tiers)

Not winning the jackpot doesn't mean you didn't win! Partial wins are where most prizes are claimed.

### What Are Partial Wins?

Any prize tier **below the jackpot** is considered a partial win:

* Match 4 out of 5 main numbers
* Match 3 out of 5 with bonus numbers
* Various combinations depending on tier structure

**Your Power Play Grid:**

* Selected 7 main numbers (creates 21 tickets)
* Selected 1 bonus numbers

**Winning Draw:**

* 5 of your main numbers were drawn
* 1 of your bonus numbers was drawn

**Result:**

* Some tickets match 5+1 (Tier 2)
* Some tickets match 5+0 (Tier 3)
* Some tickets match 4+1 (Tier 5)
* **You win in multiple tiers!**

## Prize Calculation

Understanding how your exact prize amount is calculated:

### The Formula

```
Your Prize = (Tier Prize Pool) ÷ (Number of Winners in Tier)
```

### Detailed Example

**Setup:**

* Total Prize Pool: 1,000 BNB
* Tier 2 Allocation: 15% = 150 BNB
* Winners in Tier 2: 3 people

**Calculation:**

```
Prize per winner = 150 BNB ÷ 3 winners = 50 BNB each
```

Each of the 3 winners receives **50 BNB**.

### Power Play Prize Calculation

**Special case:** If you used Power Play and multiple of your tickets won in the same tier:

**Setup:**

* You bought 21 tickets (Power Play)
* 3 of your tickets won in Tier 3
* Tier 3 pool: 100 BNB
* Total winners in Tier 3: 10 tickets (including yours)

**Calculation:**

Prize per ticket = 100 BNB ÷ 10 tickets = 10 BNB per ticket
Your prize = 10 BNB × 3 tickets = 30 BNB total
```

You receive **30 BNB** for your 3 winning tickets in that tier.

## Prize Fees

A small fee is applied to claimed prizes to support protocol sustainability.

### How Prize Fees Work

When you claim a prize:

* **Prize Fee** (typically 5-10%) is deducted (locked per round)
* Fee goes to protocol revenue (House Funding + Staking)
* Remaining amount is sent to your wallet

**Example:**

Prize Fee (5%): -5 BNB
Net Prize: 95 BNB (sent to you)
```

## Unclaimed Prizes
